The biggest number of votes (134) went to the dog made of toilet paper rolls, which was made by a student from Poland. The runner up was the work by a student from Italy (121 votes). The third place (with 42 votes) was taken by a student from Turkey. Congrats! The workshops, exhibition and the competition were very popular among the students and proved that Young Europeans (The CREW) do care about the issues related to recycling. The whole project was very educational as it showed how, with a bit of creativity, nice objects can be created with the materials which were bound to go to waste… Seeing the outcome, we all say yes to upcycling!
